We are revamping the live support chat experience within your UKG Ready® solution to include a 24/7 chatbot. The UKG Ready BOT provides users with relevant documentation that can help answer general how-to and configuration questions while waiting to be routed to a support agent. This change allows you to interact with the Live Chat without waiting for an agent to become available. If the chat takes place outside of the UKG Ready Support team’s standard operating hours, the chatbot will record your message and connect you with an agent as soon as one becomes available.
Live Chat functionality is available to authorized system administrators with access to open support cases. You have been identified as an authorized user for your organization and can begin using the new Live Chat experience starting March 14, 2024.
